I like to file a complaint against the Booting companies they are all crooks I recently rented a rental car and the leasing office was closed so I couldn't get a decal because I work from seven AM to around like 5:30 or six, , so I was unable to get a parking decal the problem is that they are close every time I get off work or at their close every time I go into work. On Saturday I placed my rental agreement and letter on my dashboard stating what apartment I was in and there was a boot on my car reason is that I'm not going to walk four to five blocks on Boulevard with my daughter at night and groceries, you know just because I didn't have a parking permit in my rental and I have a parking permit is in my car is getting fixed when speaking with the booting people they were very mean and nasty if you guys could help me out and bringing light to this matter.
