I lodged a report to your office vide reference number is CAS-15405751-K5YJHL dated June 23, 2016, but till today I have not receive any positive feedback from your good office. Kindly be informed that I booked a flight ticket for my uncle and auntie on 22/6/2016. My account was Successfully debited by RM182. 24 vide reference number is 3288598369. However, no confirmation being received from your side despite the fact that my account was Successfully debited. I sent booking number is CH2RRT and Personal No Ref (PNR)*: AKACH2RRT2006161134 to my uncle and auntie in Bintulu prior to check-in, but you Bintulu office said that there is no booking number is CH2RRT. As a result, they have to purchase new ticket for RM241. 60 over the counter and were advised to lodge a report. Hence, on 23/6/2016 I immediately lodged a report by several emails, but there is no reply from your CRM. I really look forward to receive a positive reply from your goodself. Thank you. Hi Toni, surely indonesian passangers make parts of the success of air asia so far. True, many of them work as labours in malaysia. Although I am not, and just rarely visit malaysia for conferences , etc as parts of my job as a researcher and an university lecturers, the behaviours and words conducted by your employees including stewards(essess), service counter staffs even the self check in boys are at the level of below humane, very rude to me, my two kids and husband, yelling, hostile in verbals even wanted to kivk us from our waiting seats at klia2 These happened infront public, very humiliating I advise you to remodel the basic training of your staffs immediately, before law suites come often I used to love flying w. Airasia. Especially to malaysia, well not anymore thanks to your people whose look like do not realise that their payments come from our pockets Get down from your high horse airasia staffs.

Hi, Mr Tony I would like to highlight that the airasia website - to print out the tax invoice through email given is very lousy. As i still have many tax invoices cannot be printed as the line connection (airasia) failed. Please advise.

I am 18, studying in uitm jengka taking diploma in civil engineering course. I really interested and happy when he whatsapp me the picture , I really love aviation since I was young. Flight Simulator X is my favorite game of all the time where I learned a lot about flying the aircraft from Cessna to the airbus A321. My cousins even inspired me more to be a pilot because he is one of the AirAsia X pilot. Thank you airasia.
