I tried calling alaska airlines lost and found and each time I was told to stay on line for the next rep, however, no rep ever came. I have called over ten times and this last time I stayed on hold for 63 minutes
I flew from Sea to FLL on April 13 on flight number 9820. When I picked up my luggage it was partially unzipped and some items were missing. Such as a make-up bag and make-up brushes. I was wondering if they were turned in. The brushes are purple metallic and the bag is a purple pattern.
