I was not satisfied with the product and returned it to you on July two, 2018, following your procedures. I have never received my $297. 00 from you. I have called and spoken to your reps, six times. They do not return calls with the info that they promised. I called again on Oct 4th and was told that They had issued me a check and that it had been cashed. Not true. My bank assures me that there never was a deposit of $297. 00 from aloecure. I do need my money.

I made six calls to the company. The reps never returned my calls after their "investigation". On Oct four one of the reps said that they had sent me a check and it had been cashed. My bank assures me that no check for 297. 00 from aloecure was ever cashed at there bank. I want my money back as advertised.
