Poorservice by your providers. I would have been without A/C for five days if I didn't call and pay for a local service. I paid out of pocket to get immediate results. Will be taking the case to small claims court.

I requested service on my refrigerator three weeks ago. The tech from "two bald guys" was here three weeks ago today, said he needed a valve and we have not heard from him since No word; no repair.

On Dec. eight, 2018, I Contacted Home Shield customer service to report my stackable washer/dryer needs repair (Washer water not draining). Been informed that the Contract has been awarded to Greg and Son. Service was provided, however, I was informed to contact your contractor and have been which is so inconvenient. Isn't it that your company needs to be the one to contact the Contractor awarded to service customers for repairs? I'm so disappointed because my wife and I has been attempting since Saturday to contact Greg and Son and left several messages on their voice mail. All we need to know is hours of operation and any scheduled date and time of repairs to be made. 12/10/18 8:00am Since this morning, my wife and I have been attempting to contact Home Shield and has been on hold for over an hour and yet having to contact Greg and Son and again, it went to voice mail leaving our name and phone number. In situations like this? What can you do to better your service since you strive to make our life easier and say you are here when we are in need of your 24/7 services? 9:00 am - Left a message to return call at Greg and Son 9:05 am - On hold with Home Shield. 9:48 am - On hold with Home Shield. Bia answered my call on hold. Explained our situation with services as I was feeling so disappointed and she was very helpful. She said that she will contact Greg and Son and if no response, she will contact their Contract relations. Bia to call me back to confirm the scheduled date and time of my Service483-767-352. NOTES has been logged in regarding this situation. We're hoping repair services will be here today. If not, we will need to discuss situation with someone from Home Shield.

Called for plumbing issues I have/ was on hold for 45 min and got disconnected/ that call was from my office. Then got in the car on my way home and called again and was on hold for one hr and five minutes and again got disconnected. It is so annoying and unacceptable to put your customers thru this. I need someone to call me regarding scheduling plumber to come and solve the issues I have. Do you have one operator to run the entire corporation. the wait time it outrageious.
