The property manager, Mr. Vipul Patel is refusing to apply this CP code to my portfolio and is now stating this CP code is no longer valid after my casecasemanager@norcrossco-op. Org assisted in paying my housing for my housing for a week to Motel six 4459 I contacted Motel six Guest relations, Report 1249037 on July 23, 2016 and was told by Ms Elizabeth that the code has no expiration date and is indeed valid in the aggreement with the hotel chain and AHR in the effort to assist the homeless. I am reaching out to you AHR, Please help me in asking this property to honor this discount to my stay @ 4459 to date. I am struggling to pay the $2000. 00 plus I have paid this property in the past 45 plus days. Without the 10% discount I can not save money I need to get an apartment which would be far more of real home, not just a room to rest after working ten hours each days to pay for a place to rest my head at night. I am grateful and appreciative to AHR in partnering with Motel six in selfless attempt to address the housing needs of the homeless. Im statutory blind since 2014 under ssa rules. Strike two i am african american 59 years old. Here is my major complaint of unfair treatment concerning total disregard for my vision loss and policies they continue to refuse to apply to my title ll special rules for the blind. Red book 2017.
