American Idol is a singing reality television Show organized by the American authority in the year of 2002 on the Simon Fullers idea. Selection Of American Idol

Contestant Eligibility: The age of the contests should be above 18 to 28 years for the American Idol show and the candidate must be a permanent residential of US.

Initial Auditions: The initial auditions is taken in three different locations in front of different judges. the selected candidates are then sent to the Hollywood stars for further processes.

Hollywood week and Las Vegas round: In these eliminating rounds of American Idol, the candidate passes through the different stages like
Solo performances, duet performances, etc and then finally candidate has to perform a solo or a group performance according to the season to reach the semi finals.

Semi Finals: In semi finals, the candidates are grouped according to the rule of the season from top two are selected for the finals.
