Ashley furniture has the worse customer service. I was scheduled for a delivery on 11/25. No one ever called to say the delivery had “fallen” off the schedule. I waited for two hours for a resolution: I initially spoke with Jessica who say she would call me back and never did. I then spoke to Jenna who was no help. The manager Derrick at the Snellville store promised they would have my items delivered on Tuesday 11/27. I received no call and when I called to check was I on the schedule I was informed that I was not, no one ever gave me the courtesy to call and inform me that again I would not get my items. I cancellled my orde, but now I’m sleeping on the floor. I would love for someone to reach out to me as this is totally unacceptable.

I bought a tempurpedic mattress from your Ashley Store in Memphis, TN Hackscross and Winchester. They promised to deliver my mattress 11/27/2018. They did not deliver it. They called the wrong number because the person that typed up delivery note made an error. But they had a second number which was correct and it was my husband's cell. They did not call that number. They just decided to not bother with calling it so that they did not have to deliver my mattress. I spent 6000 dollars and this is the way you treat your customers. We explained to them that it was their/store/Ashley mistake and they had promised to deliver it on the 27th. I emptied my water bed mattress because they promised that it would be delivered on that date. I am sleeping on the floor now. They will not deliver it until Monday the 3rd. I am going to cancel this transaction when I get off of work. I explained to your corporate office that it was the store/Ashley mistake and they should pay someone to bring it to my house today or tomorrow morning. She said that could not be done because they had already scheduled others and that was the first available appointment. I am going to contact better business and file a complaint against Ashley Furniture. I have put it on social medical and informed all of my coworkers, doctors not to buy anything from Ashley. This is not the way you should be treating customers. I will have a sign in front of your store tonight.
