Austin Community College Round Rock is one of the campuses of Austin Community College District, located at 4400 College Park Dr, Round Rock, Texas, United States. Austin Community College District is a public two year community college that began its journey on September 17, 1973. It is also called as ACC. The college offers more than 235 associate degree and certificate programs, non-credit courses and training programs such as Anthropology, Art, Biology, chemistry, Dance, Economics, Environmental Studies, Health and Kinesioligy, Sociology, Music and Mathematics. All courses are approved by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission. It has the strength of 45,100 credit students, 15,000 non-credit students and 4,500 staff. The college is famously known by the nickname Riverbats. Austin Community College District has nine campuses namely-Cypress Creek Campus, Eastview Campus, Elgin Campus, Northridge Campus, Pinnacle Campus Rio Grande Campus, Riverside Campus, Round Rock Campus and South Austin Campus. It has adopted The R B Bbhoggawact as mascot. The college provides a wide range of facilities to the students such as library, seminar hall, conference hall, internet center, hostel for girls and boys, mess and canteen, parking space etc. Austin Community College District also has twelve centers.
