My family relocated to OC last July; we frequent your business in various locations because we love your bowls. And we have been to many places in search of the perfect OC aqua Today I brought three of my children to the Balboa location by the water. We had jut run a 5K to support the heroes and thought a celebratory bowl was in order. While the employees there have always been kind, welcoming and professional, today was different. Jessica was not happy to see us and acted bothered by our presence in your store. My birthday girl asked if raspberries could be substituted for bananas. She could have said "absolutely for just 1. 00 extra", but instead she said "no we can not do that, it costs us money. " I just thought you would want to know that this particular employee is not doing your business any favors. I apologized to my daughter Jane for the atmosphere on this visit as this was the first time I had experienced this.
