Hello, I am emailing I regards to two separate occasions where I felt harassed by your management staff at the Ashburn Virginia location. I am a regular patron who loves the service and atmosphere. I've been going to this location for many of years and never once had a problem. As of late I've been spoken to about the wait staff being distracted by my presence and how I will be told not to come back because of it. I myself am also a server in the industry and I'm very confused to how this is acceptable from management. I felt very offended, for the fact that I'm a paying customer in the restaurant, but I'm being approached by these two manager for something that is not in my control. For example today 8/23/2016 I came in to the restaurant and was immediately greeted by Eric (one of the managers) and was told is "if you distract my servers tonight I will make sure you can never come back to this place again" and went on to tell me how he's "had enough of this sh**". The part that upsets me so much is that I only come in sit down and eat and drink then vacate the premises, which is very confusing to me to understand how I distract the servers from doing there job. I'm told by the servers on a daily basis that the managers are very aggressive and make threats regularly. I especially find myself being the target for this aggression for the fact that I know employees outside of the restaurant as well so the managers feel they can discipline me also. This was the most unprofessional act I've ever been through and I felt harassed. I would like to speak with someone on this matter higher then the management staff because I feel nothing will be resolved in store through the general manager that also has once approached me as well in regards to the same matter. As I said before I've been a patron of this establishment since it opened and want to continue going as soon as I learn that this issue has been addressed. Thank you to whom it my concern.

On August 23rd I found a wire in my cod fish dinner and almost ate it, at Bar Louie St Charles, Mo. It grossed me out and the thought of me eating this made me sick to my stomach. I showed it to the waitress and The manager on duty she took the plate back and later came out to show me what the wire was. Apparently it came from the fry basket. I took a picture of it on my phone. This was a horrable experiece.
