I have nothing, but no satisfaction from your company, I had no phone for two months, because one of your workers cut the line at a neighors house, . This happened in Aug. When I called to have my phone fixed they sent a rookie who thought a small box on the fuse planel was the problem turned out to be the doorbell. And he said he had to sent someone else to fix it. When I called again because no one got back to me in a week, no one at bell had no idea what I was talking about. When finally someone came to fix it, the told me the line was cut, can not fix it till the neighbour was home, which she never called him back, so we waited. I called again refuseing to the bill because it was not my fault, the supervisor said it's not their problem and hung up on me. Phone still not fixed two months later. I called again, and again, and again when I called Jan 3, 2017 I talked to lady named Victoria and she said I would be credited for the two months and the phone would be fix the next day, the phone was finally fixed the next day, thank you to her for that, , but when I received my bill this month, theirs no credit and they want two months bill paid. I will pay this bill so I do not have my phone cut off, but if this is the service you give I'm changing companys. I have been with bell for over 30 years, and this kind of service is terrible and work of mouth will not be good for company. I had no phone from Aug. To Jan. The next letter goes to your head office if nothing is done. A not happy customer
