Black Rock Coffee Contact Number and Email Address

Hello, My name is Athena Loosli . I've been frequently going to black rock coffee since they opened. I've always had wonderful service. My family and I switched from going to Dutch Brothers to Black Rock because of the amazing customer service and great coffee. I work at a dental office, and only get a certain amount of time for a break. My other two coworkers and I will always go to Black Rock, it is a must have before going back to work after lunch. A few weeks ago, on a Tuesday at about 1pm, us three girls went to black rock coffee, the location on 82nd and Powell in Portland, Oregon. We only had one vehicle in front of us so we weren't expecting a long wait. It took about 30 minutes to get up to the window to order. The vehicle in front of us had already received their drinks, but were trying to use their digital rewards coupon that the barista couldn't figure out how to input. When we finally pulled up to the window after 30 minutes of waiting (our lunch break almost over), the barista apologized briefly and said she would give us all free coffee. After ordering, the barista then said that only one drink would be free. So after 30 minutes of waiting and wasting our lunch, we had to pay for our coffee. All three of us girls were extremely disappointed I the service provided at Black Rock. Usually if there is a problem, it is nice when a business fixes it correctly and we all agreed that this could have been handled differently. Because of this poor service, we are all debating on going back to Black Rock. We are hoping that the next time, if we do, service will be better.
