Hello, i would like help resetting my password on the career link. I am not an employee and it is telling me that i have locked myself out. What number would i call to have that reset? Thank you Mary Ellison 412-712-6076.

I spoke with a HR4U representative on April 20 trying to get a validation of employment confirmed for Medicare. The FAX system was not working and I was asked to send hardmail of my forms. I was told it would be processed 24 hours after receipt. I overnight mailed the Medicare confirmation forms and was guaranteed by the Post Office that the forms would be delivered by noon, April 21. I left two phone numbers on my cover letter to contact me if there was any issue. I never received any call nor did I receive my completed forms in return. I called this morning asking if my forms had been processed and was told that a case had not even been opened. I was told the case could not be speeded up and that the 'process' needed to be followed. The thing that really disappointed me is the lack of consideration of the personal impact on the decisions made by HR.

I have contacted Mellon re my 199R tax info(pension) which I never received I called three times in past month and each person gave me different info. First. It will be mailed)no show on this) second one. We will overnight it)no show on this) third person. "we will fax" and still has not arrived. Now they state in an email that I need to do another address change. And I have rescheduled tax appt three time and am supposed to go 4/5 again. Tax deadline is upon us and this has been a most frustrating experience for something that should not be so difficult.
