Fao Wendy, customer services manager Dear Wendy, Well we made it onto Azura. All generally good except our dining situation. As you are aware we booked this cruise 18 months ago for five people. Due to my separation from my husband it then became three people. Following several conversations regarding this the final arrangement was that we were still linked to the Webb/Hemmings booking so that we sat in the same vicinity and we had our own table for three people. Also due to a mishandling of a situation regarding table arrangements, as an apology Mr and Mrs Webb and myself were getting a complimentary drinks package. On attending our first dinner I was informed that we were on a shared table (of 9) and there was no drinks package (the Webb's had theirs). Whilst the other guests at our table are very pleasant it is not an ideal arrangement as I have an 11year old with me and it compromises the conversations that can be held and because of my current situation it was important that we were sat as a family unit. This is not an ideal situation and I would appreciate if you could look into as soon as possible and if possible contact the necessary parties onboard.
