Bowling Green Assembly Plant Contact number, Address, Customer Service

I recently purchased a 2016 2lt corvette from a local dealership 12/17/2016 in Louisiana. Before leaving the dealership I noticed a large section of the passenger side of the car had very rough paint finish on it. At the time it was dark and I couldn't really see it. The sales person said that it was probably from the packaging. After getting the car home and in my shop I realized the paint was defected. Now I haven't been back to the dealership, but I plan to return there tomorrow. The salesman boasted on how thorough you were at you plant on workmanshjp and I have no doubt about that. My problem is that the car was inspected by two people at the dealership and surely it was inspected at your facility. I am wondering how this big of a paint defect went unnoticed unless the car was damaged after it left your plant and a poor repair job was done. If there is any way that you can help me resolve this problem please let me know. Thank you, Wendell Theriot .
