Your site is NOT user friendly or for people without technical skills. I have tried calling only to hear that your mailbox is full. I already have a subscription for one granddaughter. I am told that in order to order another subscription for the other granddaughter, I gave to cancel the first subscription. That granddaughter has so far only received one box. I do not want to stop the remaining two boxes from the three month subscription. However I would like to start a new subscription in the other granddaughter's name. Her birthday is this month and I would like her gift to be timely. Please reply ASAP. Thank you.

Hi, I'm writing cuz seems you tried to get money out for my boxy charm regular box and didn't go through, I do not get money in my account until the 1st of every month, seems I didn't have enough in bank to cover it, but I changed for every three month billing I am so sorry for this inconvience on your billing I had over $100 in the bank as of yesterday so I can not understand why it didn't go through, but premium did I want all three boxes, regular boxy, premium and lux. I love my boxy charm you all do such a great job. Thank you Summer=Breeze.
