NO. Nothing was resolved. Firstly I asked for shipping labels to send back the wrong doll that was sent to me. Then, I was instructed that I would have to pay for the particular doll that I originally purchased. I did that and received the exact same doll that you wrongly shipped to me the first time. So now I am sitting here with two of the wrong dolls and no return shipping labels. I am beyond frustrated with your service. I am out approx. $400. Your service is absolutely ridiculous. I have a little girl here that requested the Joshua Musical Religious African Baby Doll for Christmas and I receive two Breast Cancer baby dolls which by the way, are $59. 99 on your site. Well below the $149. 99 + S and H. I will say this, once this is resolved I will NEVER deal with The Bradford Exchange again. The incompetence that has been shown here is mind blowing.
