I have a complaint about the lack of quality assurance exhibited in the manufacturing of your BES870XL expresso machine. The first issue I had was that my expresso machine stopped passing steam through the wand after I followed the decalcifying process. The machine was returned for servicing, under warranty, supposedly repaired and returned to me. The same problem occurred after running through the decalcifying process on the repaired machine. The machine was returned to be replaced with another machine, a refurbished machine it turns out. The replacement arrived yesterday, but when I set it up to make a cup of coffee, I found that the portafilter did not fit securely in the group head and that coffee grinds spilled out onto the counter top. It is very apparent to me that breville places no value on quality assurance. It is unreasonable, that I should be without my expresso machine because of your lack of attention to quality assurance.
