I just wish to find out why CTS has NO heavy duty wreckers (TOW TRUCKS) of their own? It is ridiculous that CTS relies on private tow firms when the whole city is in a state of emergency during a snow storm. Seattle WA Metro transit uses its own resources (TOW TRUCKS) to handle their fleet. Also why is CTS reluctant to chain up their artic buses before the bus starts its morning run in a super snow storm? A articulated bus is the most vulnerable vehicle when faced with any slippery road condition. There are many high speed chains available on the market.

Why is it almost impossible to contact anybody at calgary transit via E-MAIL. I find it extremely difficult to voice my many concerns including images of what I am trying to explain to give a clear, precise and detailed description so that CT officials can understand the many issues facing us users.
