I have called every number on your website and they all end up at requesting my account number I want to open up a Capitol One 360 account There is no possible way to do so on your website -- which is ironic since it is a totally online account
Is this a sign that I should look elsewhere to open an online checking account?.

I need help there is a transaction on my account that is not mines I called customer service and they was no help so I am writing to you hoping you will help me there is a charge for lyft of almost 10. 00 that they are taking money from my account, but I was told by them that only my bank can correct this please I work hard like everyone else, but refused to pay for service I did not get please can you pass this to who ever can correct and refund my money thanking you in advance.

My name is Stacy and last week I happily opened a capital one 360 checking account at your branch in Union Square, Manhattan. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and I was elated to find a bank with such great energy. I also started a new job that day, and had my first check ready to deposit. Only the job turned out to be a scam, and the check a fraud. The knowledgeable and discerning members of your company alerted me, and I was completely shocked, embarrassed and ashamed that I got duped like that. But the worst part is that the man who represented capital one 360 told me I am no longer welcome to bank with you. From the bottom of my heart, I had absolutely NO idea that the check was bad. I would NEVER commit a fraud in my life Never have, never will. I was really looking forward to a long business relationship with capital one 360. I even set up a new savings account and found out an old account I had through ING was still active with you. I'm writing to ask you to please consider allowing me to bank with you. I just received my beautiful debit card in the mail today, and it hurts my heart that I can not use it. I know what happened is in part my fault for trusting the wrong people, and sincerely ask you to please forgive me. I am not a risk of this ever happening again, and I will be a loyal customer to you. Please give me a second chance. I beg you. Thank you. Sincerely,
