one of our official wife got treated in Max Superspeciality Hospital patparganj unit -a unit of Balaji Medical and Diagnostics. CGHS card number is 360372 patient name Manju during 4. 3. 2018 to 6. 3. 2018. She was treated there for 'RT lower ureteric stricture+RT secondary pujo+RT rebak calculus'
IN the bill hospital charged Rs. 4927. five for 'ureteric Catherterisation. While as per CGHS code 746 it is of Rs. 794/-
please clarify so as unable to process the claim

we have received message that this phone is not existing. And email failed to reach their destination
Since we have to settle claims of official's and hence it is very difficulty in getting correct advise since hospital has reluctanat
