i am international student in Xian city, XJTU. I am using china unicome since when i. Came here in September 6- 2016. I have problem in my phone package, the ladies sitting in customer care center in xian jiaotong uni do not know any english. I searched nearby centers in xian city too where i can find a single person who can help me and speak english with me, but ??? i could not find a single person.
