I have been trying for over a month to get an invoice from Cigna showing my name, premium cost, and effective date of coverage. I am covered as of Jan. one, 2019, my ID is 35895026. I need this to send to my former employer in Ct and they have to have it by Dec. 31, 2018. Every time I call to get this invoice I receive the huge package of coverage materials in the mail, but no invoice. I called again today (Sun.) and spoke to a representative who told me I would be on a brief hold. Soon a recorded female voice came on and said the office was closed and to call back tomorrow. This was a 2pm and a letter I got said the office is open till 8pm seven days a week. If I do not receive the invoice and get it to Conn. By Dec. 31 my former employer will continue my previous insurance with another company. What do I have to do to get an invoice instead of another huge mailing of books and prescription info?.
