For the month of Jan I have had to call two or three times to get my sunday paper delivered, Sunday Jan. 21st NO PAPER AGAIN, i did not call this time, Called the Customer Service number five times yesterday to Cancell the delivery of the paper, the hold time was Over one hr each time, or could ask to be called back in two hours, , Customer Service is unacceptable, and the delivery unacceptable also, Please Cancel my Service and refund my payment I just sent in along with my $4. 95 start up fee. PS. When I called to report my paper was not delivered the RECORDING states this will be reviewed as to why--- I never heard a word as to what happened
