History
The ConnectiCare was started by group of professional physicians from Hartford Hospital in June 1981 as ConnectiCare Health Plans, Inc. Later in June 1999, name was re-branded to ConnectiCare, Inc. As on 10th March 2005 it was acquired by ConnectiCare Holding Company, Inc which further a sister company of Health Insurance Plan of Greater New York.
