Hello. I am a frequent shopper at Costco, and I only went today to buy peanuts. So as I purchased them I remember that I forgot something so I went to the aisle that is near the entrance, but I did not see the item that I needed. So, I ask the greeter at the entrance this must of been like around 630pm on 6/16 he was a big black guy with a gap between his teeth I was so upset I did not catch his name. So, I politely said Hi, first he did not even acknowledge me and I explained to him that my only purchase was peanuts and I had the receipt in my hand, but I came through this way because I had forgotten something and I wanted to know if I could exit through the entrance he said no you cant and I said are you serious he said yes you have to go around. I am six months pregnant with my two boys and I was exhausted. I Understand the rules, but there is no way that you have the right to raise your voice at me. He did not care. I ask do you mind if I walk out through here with the receipt in my hand. He said Yes I do, are you serious I responded. He said Yes I am serious. So, I grabbed my chidren and exited through the entrance and he said Mam, you are not suppose to go through here you have to go through the other way, and I responded that's what I am doing. Again, as he is telling me this he is yelling at me. I am an adult and no way was I ever yelling at him. He doesnt need to be yelling at me. He responded you should of never came through this way again yelling at me. So I went through the exit and explained the situation to the man who checked off my receipt and he was very sweet because he was calming me down.
