The bank came into existence in the year 1984 as First National Bank of Marin (FNBM) under the CEBA national bank Charter (OCC Charter Number: 20291). I spoke with fraud dept on Sunday, Feb 03, 2019. Was charged $19. 95 by SHOPAID on October 11, 2018. Received email from SHOPAID they did not charge my account and to contact you immediately to remove. Thank you very much,

I started trying to reach you for a. Payment on Feb. five, 2019. This continued off and on and on the seven th and 8th of February I gave up. Finally I got through on the 8th or 9th and you would not accept the new credit card number. Finally I got confirmation that you finally accepted my credit card on the 9th. This was hours. Withdrawing sponsorship from Kyle Larsen, (NASCAR), was 1000 times the proper punishment. Such a drastic action should be reserved for a habit of slurring african americans or for using it in a public argument with a person of color. Kyle used it once, in a fit of frustration, with a WHITE associate. It wasn't even used as a slur against an african american Sufficient punishment would be a request for a public apology.
