Deb shops is a specialty chain of retail store which deals in selling women's clothes, shoes and accessories in United States. It is a private retail company. The foundation of the DEB company was laid in 1932 by the Philip Rounick and Aaron Weiner who opened first DEB store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1932. At present the total number of employees who are working under this brand is more than 2600. Who are offering their useful services to the people of United States. Deb Shops has more than 337 stores across 42 states. In the year 1970s, Marvin Rounick and Warren Weiner decide to stop their neighborhood stores and start focusing on opening bigger stores in shopping malls. The chain was also renamed Deb Shops and re-focused on women's and girls' clothing. A case was filed for bankruptcy against the company on December 4, 2014. On January 7, 2015, the company decide to close all their 295 stores. The last sales takes place on March 30, 2015. As of September 2015 the company start their business again.
