The dell computer Salesman lied to me when he said that the mouse that was being sent to me was free. I got a bill from Dell Financial Services showing a charge for the mouse. I then called Dell Financial Services and asked why I was being charged. Dell Financial Services promised me a $100 credit and PROMISED ME that they would send a follow up email to my email address. I didn't get an email so I called a second time and was PROMISED that I would get an email verifying the credit. Still no email. I am sending the computer and mouse back to Dell.

3rd and last call to Dell Financial Services about an EMAIL THAT THEY PROMISED TO SEND TO ME ABOUT A $100 CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. THREE TIMES I HAVE BEEN PROMISED THAT EMAIL, THREE TIMES I NEVER RECEIVED THAT EMAIL. I REPRESENT THOUSANDS OF VETERANS AND I WILL MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH DELL LIES TO IT'S CUSTOMERS. I AM SENDING THE UNOPENED COMPUTER BACK TO DELL IN THE MORNING.
