Sir, I am regretting to inform you that in Bangladesh we are not getting any of your airways given service physically. To purchase a ticket I went to Etihad Airway's office at Gulshan. Dhaka, GPO-1212, MCC tower on local 15:45 to 15:50 pm. First the front desk officer said they do not accept credit card of local banks. While I provided an MNC dual currency card then he said only cash transection is accepted. Then I intended to go to boot to take cash that while he just started non cooperating and insulting me to many extend that without visa copy ticket can not be sold. I asked I am applying on line visa so I need confirm ticket copy, he then been more rude I just SAT on the chair in front of him again. Still he was hiding his name plate and asking me to take help of travel agencies to get visa first then to get ticket through them. I wish you to validate the incident if there us any cc TV camera in the front desk. In so many ways he denyed to sell the ticket. I asked to show the the thing how he denying to a customer to sale ticket he did not and totally noncooperated with me. Lastly I asked his name he just hided his name plate with hand and did not reply. I felt these will not bring any good business reputation to Etihad Airways. Kindly chech and verify the incident if possible by your own. Moreover from Bangladesh opened website we are not being able to sign up in your web page.
