First American Home Warranty Service Request Contact Number and Email Address

Called and was referred to Plumber Boy for a clogged kitchen sink. I was referred to Plumber Boy for an appointment two weeks later. I currently have an 81 yrs old dad who is a diabetic and require home prepared meals. Due to all the dirty dishes and unable to use the sink we have been spending money for three adults two small children to eat out. Thursday Abe's Plumbing came out, shortly after he left I attempt to wash the dishes and the water plugged up both sides of the sink. I called Marlene back at Abe's plumbing and he returned on Monday July 30th. The techinician up stopped the sink and after he left I attempted ot wash dishes again and the sink backed up again. At this point we have dishes bagged up in the kitchen, and garage. I do not a purpose in paying Fist American Home warranty for someone to come out to do a service and there is no results. The stoppage was not cleared with the cable. He recommended a Hydojetting. Please cancel the contract immediately. I paid money last year and didn't use the service, I refuse to continue to pay to have someone come out and I have the same issue. Its unsanitary, and unsafe to have dirty dishes piled up in bags in the kitchen.
