For weeks I have visited the half tree location trying to a modem. However I was told that I have outstanding arrears on internet from 2011 and 2013 which was cleared up long time ago. I have tried to speak to several supervisors and one of them was very rude. I eventually got through t to a switch board super bios who heard my cry and frustration. He name was Jackie lia spence very nice went on the system and check that I had spoke them ababput the outstanding arrears from 2011 to 3012, miss Spence did what she could and sent the information to a customer service supervisor who was on vacation and returned to work Monday and to date she had not responded to the query. What is said flow does not care about their customers. I applied to get a modem and internet before Christmas and to rate the relevant persons still has not address the situation it is poor and you cannot get a manager it big circle. I have been a customer since Lee had to pay up use the cell phone and still is. I am so disgruntled that o am ashamed to be a long Erving custom with lime. The persons in charge they do not seem to to hire the right customer supervisors for the job because they are not caring and responsive to queries. I beef to get the internet and modem befor Christmas.

I ASKED FOR A DISSCONNECTION ON CALE ACCOUNT 50491042 back in December 2922 received a January bill I then sent a email to your customer support team back on the 15 January who said they would sort it out I then received a February bill. I chat with Peter this morning who claims he can not see any request for a disconnection on my account
