I am a customer at chequered flag in Corby Northants I have been going there for quite a while and I noticed that the pub needs a good revamp, but if the boss does do the revamp he would have to pay it back and I do not think it is right as far as I am concerned if you the greene king bosses should pay for it because you do own it the boss that works at your pub is trying his hardest to thrive the pub, but you are not helping and what I mean by that is they have to pay yous back when it needs revamped and it is not right at all it is up to yous to get it revamped and pay for it your self go to that pub and have the understanding of what needs to be done. I have heard about the seats are no good at all plus it needs to be more brighter more welcoming and also if you come your self you would know what needs to be improved and get a real good feed back the question I am asking is why are you so bothered about your pubs that thrive and not help the ones that needs the help to get it thriving I would love to be up there when yous turn up and listen to what people say to you and also how you would be able to revamp it and have feed back of the customers it would be a great help, but to me the way I see is I do not think that you cant be bothered with the ones that are not thriving only the ones that are my saying wake and smell the coffee and go round the pubs you own and see for yourself how bad it looks I would like you to get back to me and see what is the feed back that comes from you if I do not here back from you then I know myself that you are not interested at all in which I know that is really bad and not good customer service and also you and the boss at the pub need to have a meeting about in what I have put to you and have an understanding what needs to be done to get the pub thriving and more welcoming for the customers as well as the employees.
