Hi There, I visited your store in Kingston park Newcastle upon tyne, I bought some headlight bulbs and clip from that store, and asked the manager if someone could fit them as It clearly states on the side of the building that you fit car parts, and I was refused help and would love to know why? I wont lie I wasn't happy at all that I got refused. I look forward to your response. Kind Regards

Hi, Yesterday I was at Halfords Unit two, Victoria Road, Fenton, Stoke on Trent, they were hard fitting two items, a new Tom Tom Satnav which was purchased eight days prior, for my 76th Birthday and the second item was my Next Base, which was purchased 12 months prior, the reason was because we have changed cars, the actual fitting looks perfect, the two boxes the items came in were on the floor at the back of the car, when I got home I took the boxes in, only to find all the cables were missing, for the satnav, this is the second time my cables have gone missing, I have not been back as their was no reason to touch them, and I do not want conflict in the shop, could you help with this problem, the lady who fitted them was Sarah, thank you.

Hello we bought an Elite Novo Smart Interactive Trainer on the 6/12/18 in Halfords Kilkenny, Ireland. There is a 12 month free E-training app with this. On attempting to set this up with code provided it came up invalid. I rang the store it was bought in, but was told there was nothing ye could do. It was bought because this app was included so if it doesn't work that means the item bought is not as sold. Hoping this can be sorted quickly, regards OK Graham.

Hi i took my bike into Halfords Corby for a service on the 10th June a silver service. I picked it up on fri 14th, but did not use it until today 17th June i could not ride it due to the gears crunching. After taking it back to the shop to be looked at the man said they no longer deal with electric bikes unless bought from Halfords. They had a look adjusted the gears i took it for a test ride, but just the same. Went back to the shop which i had to leave it for a hour. I went back to be told the chain cassette was worn. I pointed out this should have been spotted at the service as they had fitted a new chain. Not a happy customer.
