Respected Sir, I have a very serious complain towards the service and behavior of the owner of the Honda showroom which is situated at Safidon, Dist. Jind, State. Haryana, India. I have sent mails so many times in this regard, but there is no response, no solution, no reply. Sir, For some days ago I went to the above mentioned showroom to replace the KM wire, but the owner of the showroom charged me labour charge while my bike is under service period. He also refused to make entry in the service book and did not give me the bill by giving me so much excuses, he even threatened me and behaved in rude manner, by all these things I felt so much hurt. Such type of of the owner of the Honda showrooms exploit the innocent people by ignoring and neglecting the rules and regulations of your company. They misguide not only your company, but also the customers. They exploit the innocent people on the name of your company. The concerned owner behaved me in such a manner that I can not tell you. DAMAGE PARTS SUPPLIED BY AUTHORISED HONDA SHOW ROOM/WORK SHOP M/S. HONDA SITE KARACHI, SITUATED AT SITE AREA KARACHI, PAKISTAN. U This is to inform you that I am, the owner of one of your honda city prosmatic 1. five I brought my car to said show room to fix the both side door mirror, but out of two mirrors one damaged mirror supllied by the said show roomed show room. I made a complaint to Honda Car Pakistan and one of their represantative arrranged meeting and took the fotos of damage mirror till today no any reply received from them and am sending them almost daily reminders, but nothing happened so far. My question is this? That why your authorised honda show room supplied damage part? Does honda company Japan allows local honda company to supply damage, parts to their customers? it means that said show room is spoiling the name and reputation of HONDA COMPANY IN KARACHI, PAKISTAN. I bought Honda City Automatic petrol from Arya Honda Mumbai India, because i had lot of faith on Honda Brand and Japanese Technology. Here is what is happening 1. The car had leakage and all my bags were wet during rainy season. How can a brand new car can have a leakage? 2. After second service the music system and navigation is not working(which was third party and installed on recommendation of Arya Honda Worli Mumbai India). I have complained and they said they will get it repleced. ONe week has gone no body has come. 3. Next Day the alarm system in the car stopped working and when i started the car there was smoke from the left side of my Honda City car. My brand new car now has no music system, alarm system is gone and i am afraid to drive it. Either a sub standard car was sold to me or the original parts were replaced at Arya Honda Service centre. Either give a new car and restore my faith in Honda brand or take back your car and refund the money. SALAM, I booked a new Honda car launch in pakistan in jun-2016. I made a booking from Honda Drive inn Karachi Pakistan on 11-06-2016. Now its almost 3months they are not delivering me the car. I almost paid them PKR 2. 782mln for that car. Now the dealership is not responding me and they are blaming on Production side which was in Lahore Pakistan and the lahore peoples are hopeless and rude. They bang the phones and not reply properly. I think i made a big mistake to book that thing. I already sold my car in the month of Jun-16 beacause the dealership told me that i able to get the car in 1st week of August-16. Hope you understand how much problem I am facing right know without car. Mr. Afzal (Marketing) Lahore is like a Prime Minister he was always in meetings and is weard operator bangs the phone like I am nothing. I am a paitent of Blood Pressure and Suger and that guys are making me more tense no even reply with good manners. If Honda Drive inn is not responsible where should i stand. Hi there my name is Martin Valdez from texas USA. And l need to tell you about my honda accord. It have 49000 k miles and the car start ed to have some problems. First thing is the starter went out. The next thing the driver side door lock is not working. I have another honda accord 2008 with 150 k miles and has never game me no problems. I buy honda cars because they are reliable and very good cars, but I am disappointed about my 2014 honda accord is to new too be having does problems I belive.

Dear Sir / Mdm / Miss, About one month back I had sent a complained to Honda Malaysia with regards to the appalling paint condition of a three year old Honda Jazz that was owned by my dearest sister. I received an un-favourable response from your Malaysia Customer Branch, which I had responded. Sadly I receive no return response. I am having a really bad experience with Honda South Africa. The problem started when my 2013 Honda Accord 2, 4 Auto Executive power steering failed at 93000km. This is the same model that had a recall in America. The cost of the part is exorbitant at R39000 the dealer who sold me the car didn't or wouldn't help with the price and I had to negotiate with Honda South Africa. In my car being repaired, there were parts missing that appear as there on the inspection report that I was verbally given that the car is 100% perfect. In the time of my ownership, there is a brake issue that hasn't been resolved. And now thye dealership hasnt returned my calls or called when they said they would. This is not the sort of service that I expected from Honda. Regards James Whitehead .

Hondas service in South Africa really bad dealership unwilling to help when the serious issue that led to recall of my car make and model being recalled in America. Power steering collapsed at93000km on my Honda Accord 2, 4 Auto Executive when driving with my children in the car. West Rand honda wouldn't help and now the car they sold me as being 100% was missing parts that are vital to the car and they do not return messages or phone back when they say that they will. This is not what I expected when dealing with a brand as proud as Honda.

This is for your kind notice that I have purchase new Honda car 1. 5Turbo a month back, the total meter reading of my car is 1500. I have observed that knocking issue on even using on High-octane fuel, so I am very upset, kindly tell me the way of solution of this problem, I already mentioned my complain to my local Honda dealership, but they do not give me any positive response on it.
