Indovision has been initiated in the year of 1994. In the beginning the Indovision developed its five channel C-Band Direct Broadcast Satellite. The main characteristics of the C-Band services got the network through the suppliers of outside state, includes Hbo Asia, Star TV and also Discovery. The services of the C-Band achieved a lot of success and the users of the satellite increased in thousands. Since 1997, the agency of Indovision provided full guidance in order to promote the service of new digital DBS. Indovision delivered the high quality and particular audio through the digitization.. In the year of 2009, on May , another satellite was discovered by Indovision which was famous by the name Indostar-2/Cakrawarata-2/ProtoSar-2. In the year of 2010, On May, the name Indostar-2/Cakrawarata-2/ProtoSar-2 was changed in to SES-7.
