I tried to email Jenny Borden, (jenny. Borden@jetstar.com), but the email is not valid. My email came back to me. This is why I'm writing this message to you. I am contacting you in regards to my flight JQ217 leaving Melbourne to Auckland on December six, 2018, at 11:45pm. I missed that flight, due to the delay of flight Tiger Air TT504, which was supposed to depart Hobart at 8pm that evening, but due to technical problems, it left Hobart at 11:45pm. It arrived in Melbourne at around 1am, on Saturday, December 7, 2018. Therefore, I had to purchase a new ticket with Qantas, to get to Auckland. It was my only option, since Tiger Air, nor Jetstar, could do anyhting for me. I would appreciate if you could email me a written proof of that problem, in order to get reimbursed by my travel insurance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Best regards,
