I am an employee of CCSHAU's distt Jind branch i. E Krishi Vigyan Kindra. My father sh. Prem Chand is a cancer patient and his treatment is going on from this hospital and radiotheropy has been completed. As per rule I can claim medical reimbursement. For this purpose the signature of Medical Officer and concern doctor is compulsory. I have a great difficulty to deposit files on your receipt counter. In first, I made a whole file for signature, but file were not taken on counter. After than I made six files date wise and send my brother to submit the same. Now, today on counter, the files were not kept. Receiver told that make the files as per doctor opd and visit. Please tell me is this possible to deposit many files of same date. I have to submit these filees in HAU, CMO office also and then how can i justify to submit many file of same date. Please guide me and keep a sight on your important window. I am posted at Jind, this is not a more possible to visit the hospital to submit files only. It should be your staff duty to signature on reimbursement files; not patient and his near-dears.
