John Keells Contact Number and Email Address

This is regarding an unpleasant experience I had to go through at Keells outlet in Katubedda K-Zone during June. There was a promotion in food outlet for Keells NEW LOOK opening during June and I went to buy some food items after 5pm at discounted prices as those were printed in their leaflets. Although the food items were printed as discounted (applicable for dinner), all the items price tags were placed for regular prices from the cashier. When I asked from the person who placed tags, I asked about the discount and then I was told just bill through the main counter and will be discounted. When I went to main counter/cashier for billing, all the food items were billed for regular prices and nobody knew including supervisor in billing about the discounted prices and promo for the items I bought during that hours. It took more than ten min at the counter to check what I was asking although promotion leaflets were there, which meant no one at the cashiers or food outlet knew there was such promotion during month of June at their outlet. After about 15min, bill was settled as per the discounted prices mentioned in leaflet. It was horrible that I was in a hurry and not very well at all (I was sick on that day) and did not expect such poor service in keels outlet. I am a regular customer at that outlet (buy something at least once a week) and now I just do not feel even going there since this incident.
