I am writing in reference to the JP5 Big Tablet for Samuel Fuller, DC391952. In March 2020, a replacement tablet was ordered. The JP% tablet was received at North Florida Reception Center in Lake Butler in the middle of March, 2020. The tablet is inoperable and inmate, Samuel Fuller, 391352 has been in touch with jpay, four times attempting to resolve the issue. Neither time has it worked. After four attempts by Samuel Fuller, 391952 and jpay, the tablet hasn't been able to be synced. During the course of several attempts and no resolution to the problem, the warranty has expired. I would like to request a new tablet, not refurbished tablet, be sent immediately. If you are unable to grant this request, I would like to have the money refunded into my regular jpay account, not media account, immediately.

I setup a video visited today at 2:00, it did not happen. I waited the full time starring at the screen showing that we are waiting for the inmate to connect. I found out that the kiosk which was being used showed the wrong date and time. I need a reimbursement for the visit 1232934 was the call number, I understand this has been going on for awhile now. This is very discouraging for both parties. Please take care of this thank you I have not been able to reach anyone at jpay.
