Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan OCCI. Setelah bulan lalu membawa lensa untuk dibetulkan, OCCI menerima lensa untuk dibetulkan. Sebelumnya OCCI mensyaratkan saya sebagai pelanggan untuk membayar RP. 300, 000, - sebagai biaya pengecekan. Pengecekan yang hanya membutuhkan waktu ten menit tsb. Menyatakan bahwa harus mengganti sparre part. Dikataka oleh OCCI bahwa dibutuhkan waktu two minggu unruk membetulkan dengan biaya yang cukup mahal. Namun setelah two minggu tidak ada kabar tentang perbaikan. Minggu ke three kemudian saya menelpon OCCI tentang perbaikan dan dikatakan bahwa dibutuhkan two bulan untuk perbaikan. Ini membuat saya marah karena tidak pernah dikatakan sebelumnya. Dan juga, OCCI tidak pernah menelpon saya atas perubahan waktu yang panjang tsb. Sampai sekarang OCCI juga belum memberi keterangan seberapa lama lagi saya harus menunggu. Saya mendapat kabar dari beberapa customer Anda, bahwa mereka juga kecewa dengan pelayanan OCCI. Para petugas memperlihatkan kinerja yang kurang profesional ketika kami berada disana. Saya harap komplain ini dapat diterima untuk meningkatkan pelayanan OCCI. Salam
