I sent 300 via kcbmobile through mpesa yesterday evening the transaction from mpesa to my kcb account number 1197674233 went through, but I got the message from kcbmpesa stating that the transaction has failed and the amount has been deducted from mpesa account.

I had forwarded a complaint that my account has been blocked since I entered the wrong pin. The issue has not yet been fixed. I do not even know my pin as I was not issued with one when I got the text informing me of my account number. Kindly assist. I have suffered enough.
