History
The company was actually formed on 10th of December, 1923 as the National Dairy Products Corporation. The founder of the company was Thomas H. Mclnnerney. It was regarded as the largest dairy company of the United States of
America as of 1930. There were about 55 different firms, which were overtaken by the company between the years 1923-1931. It was in the year 2012 that the Mondelez International Company was formed due to the de-merger of the Kraft Foods Inc. The Mondelez International is engaged in the supply of Kraft confectionery and Food snacks brands at the international level, whereas Kraft Foods Group is mainly concerned with the supply of the grocery products in North America. It was in 1969 that the name of the company was changed from National Dairy to Kraftco Corporation. The name of the company was again changed in the year 1972 to Kraft, Inc.
