I bought a Mazda CX5 at last year Jun2016 at Ipoh 3S CHIN CENTRE- Ipoh MALAYSIA, from begginning I am choose buying AUDI, cause off the Sales Staff )Anthony Chin) can provided the good service. So we choosing the MAZDA CX5, last week my car get a small accident. The behind car only side minor spoir. I really dissappoited one your service centre ipoh staff very bad and unpolitely talking rude and no respect at all, in my mine Japanese are very polite and i believe their company also, but at the end number Why i send in the car to Mazda Service Centre ? cause your centre staff say cause the car under warranty cant repair at outside, we no choicejust follow. I send in the car on 25APR17 )TUESDAY) the time have request must get back the car on 28Apr17 )Friday) and the service staff say will get back to me by 25apr17 afternoon. But i keep wait until 26Apr17 )Wednesday) also no get back to me. At the end i calling them. The service answer say the service manager say your car " IF EARLY CAN TAKE THIS SATURDAY )29APR17), IF LATE U ONLY CAN TAKE ON NEXT WEEK 02may17 )Tuedays). Why they never infrom me when i send in the car ? i can arrange another time to send it. I also email to Kl Main office Mazda today (28apr17) and also no people reply my email. I call up by 5pm (28apr17), they say to me never notice any email. I feel they all try to pust out the responsibility after sell it teh car. Is it this attitude your company will settle the customer issue ? i already keep mention i need it the car on 28apr17. I'm also in service line, what is SERVICE ? ASK QUESTION AIMPLY ANSWER. I hope Mazda can action my case and get back to me. Thanks .
