I would like to share my recent experience with an employer here in Dubai. I was hired to work as AutoCAD detailer in IDP Engineering Consultants. I have signed a contract with a salary of 6, 000 dirhams. After my first two days, the company has decided to cut half of my salary because they told me that I was not progressive and informed me that if I want to continue my work, then I have to undergo an internship with them and have to be evaluated if I am capable of continuing my work to get back to my signed contract. I was shocked and confused regarding their system because it is my first time to encounter that kind of situation. I have decided not to continue my work with them because i didn't agree with their system. Please help me with my problem.

I resign my current job under free zone Corporation be half of QUEEN ELIZABETH two hotel PCFC. HR department let me pat to agancy fees and so on. Its almost half of my salary. Final settlement letter shows me that i have a lot fees and charges even didn't mantion on the offer letter. When i ask from HR department that why you didn't add those fees in the contract ? they said its POlicy and Company rules, Policy around 200 paper we can not add all into your Contract . Now I should par or its ILLIGAL.
