i memang tahu claim insurans perlu ambil masa lebih sikit,
tapi i betul tak puas hati, mereka sepatut tak ada on the spot summit my polis lapor dan insurans to insurans company atau runner, mereka tunggu i call pergi insurans company follow up, dapat tahu mereka apa pun tak buat, mereka baru summit,
ini lah masalah kereta kenapa sampai hari ini pun belum siap, pada hari bulan 26/8/16(jumaat)
i ada pergi shah alam sekysen 23 mitsubishi sana, mereka cakap sudah hantar pergi glenmarie sana, sebab barang yang rosak dan order sudah sampai, tapi semalam i ada pergi shah alam sek 23 tanya, mereka cakap tak tahu bila siap lagi

Dear Mr. Mohammad, (customer service department). What is the current status for my car (QAA8066M) warranty period extension? As you previously promised me, you will let me know before the Chinese New Year 2019. However until now I still haven't received any news from your Mitsubishi's management feedback. We made several attemps to contact you, but at the moment you seemed to continuously ignore our calls and refused to even acknowledge our attempts to contact you. In your professional opinion, is it what your company called as customer service friendly attitude towards Mitsubishi paying customers? Do revert back to me as soon as possible as this matter has been pending for far too long.
