Its building is located near Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The project for this hospital was confirmed in October 2004 by Birmingham City Council. The hospital is incorporated with Consort Healthcare Ltd. as a part of Private Finance Initiative. The New hospital is Royal house for Medical staff training of Army, Navy and Air Force. In New building, there are Three sections namely Emergency, Ambulatory and Elective. The hospital provides treatment for various diseases such as Cancer, diabetes etc. It is center for ENT, Eye care, HIV, Radio therapy and many more. In addition to this, it also provides medical services like Sarcoma, upper gastrointestinal, cardiology etc.
