This complaint is about the No Thai on Main Street. On 8/9/16 I placed a $90 order for pickup for my mother's 74th birthday. My boyfriend picked the items up and upon opening the bag, the containers were barely filled. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he passed the buck to Rasheed, the manager at the Plymouth Rd store. Although it wasn't Rasheed responsibility, he help to remedy the situation placing the responsibility back to the manager at the S Main location. I was apologized to and was given an order reference number and was told the next time I ordered give my name, a note would be in the system and I'd get 30% off of my order. Today, 10/15/16 I placed an order over the phone, explained the situation and had my 19 yr old daughter pick it up. At 6:54pm she calls me telling me they're giving her a hard time and saying they never heard of this. They made her feel very uncomfortable and as if she was lying. They ended up telling her "we'll give it to you anyway, but we do not do this" I'm extremely upset about the way my daughter was treated and the managers inability to look this info up. My family and I frequent the Plymouth Ed location and the location on campus often and have never been treated this way. This is our 2nd horrible encounter with the S Main store (which we were happy to see because it was closer to our home), but the harassment and poor service is not worth the convience.
