I had a very disappointing experience at Odeon yesterday. I logged in and booked online to see The Spy Who Dumped Me. It was showing at 7pm on screen 2. When I arrived at the machine in the cinema and put my card in tickets were printed for Equalizer 2. Staff at the counter were not able to do anything as they said they were not showing the film last night. Then we were told that the film was delayed by 20 minutes as they said there was a problem with the screen. Eventually the film started playing at 7. 30, but the film was playing with sound and no picture. My daughter had to go outside and find someone to let them know. She then had to tell everyone in the cinema what was happening. I know the cinema gets extremely busy and it doesn't help if your online system is taking bookings for films that are not showing. I come to the cinema quite a bit and never had an experience like last night. Thanking you in advance Melanie Watson .
